We aim to be fair and transparent about how refunds and cancellations work. This policy applies to all services offered by GAds Pro Lab, including Google Ads campaign design, landing page design, conversion tracking, audits, retainer engagements and any custom services delivered through our network of specialists.
If your engagement was booked and paid through a third-party freelance platform such as Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer.com, all refund, cancellation and dispute requests must be raised on that platform under its own policies. We are unable to process refunds outside of those platforms. We process refunds only for payments made (i) through this website via our secure payment gateway, or (ii) through an invoice / payment link sent directly by us. See Section 5 below for details.
Our services are professional, time-and-effort-based services delivered by senior strategists and specialists. As soon as you confirm a project and we begin work — including discovery calls, research, strategy preparation, creative production or campaign build — significant time and resources are committed to your account.
You may cancel a project at any time by sending a written email to hello@gadsprolab.com. The applicable refund will depend on the stage of work at the time of cancellation:
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an engagement — for example, if the work scope conflicts with our policies, the client materially breaches the engagement agreement, the brand involves disallowed categories, or a continued engagement is no longer feasible. In such cases, we will refund the unused portion of the package fee corresponding to work not yet performed, less reasonable costs already incurred.
For monthly retainer engagements, either party may end the engagement by giving 15 days' written notice. Fees for the current and notice-period months are payable in full. No refund applies for partially used months.
GAds Pro Lab also operates as a verified service provider on freelance platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.com. If you engaged us through one of these platforms:
If you booked us via a freelance platform and need general help or clarification, you can email support@gadsprolab.com for context — but the refund itself must be requested through the platform.
If you engaged us directly — meaning payment was made (i) on this website through our secure payment gateway, or (ii) via an invoice or payment link sent to you by GAds Pro Lab — refunds are governed by Sections 2, 3 and 4 of this policy. These are the only payment routes for which we directly process refunds.
Ad spend (the amount you pay Google or other advertising platforms to run your ads) is paid by you directly to those platforms through your own ad account. We do not collect, hold or refund ad spend. Any disputes about ad spend should be raised with the relevant advertising platform.
Payment-gateway processing charges, bank charges, foreign-exchange charges and applicable taxes (such as GST) are non-refundable. Where a refund is approved, the gateway fee component will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you have any concern about a charge or service relating to a direct engagement, please contact us first at support@gadsprolab.com so we can resolve it. We treat every concern seriously and work toward a fair outcome before any third-party dispute or chargeback process. For platform engagements, please use the dispute system inside that platform.
Refunds are not granted on the basis of campaign performance, lead volume, ROAS, conversion rates or revenue outcomes — these depend on many factors outside our exclusive control (auction dynamics, market conditions, competitor activity, your offer, your sales process, platform algorithm changes, etc.). Refunds apply only as set out above.
For any refund or cancellation request relating to a direct engagement (paid through this website or an invoice link from us):
