We are not a traditional agency. GAds Pro Lab is a curated network of 200+ independent freelance specialists — Google Ads strategists, Meta Ads media buyers, designers, developers, copywriters and tracking engineers — assembled into custom teams for each client. Project-based. Senior-led. Fully transparent.

Our core team is a tight group of senior independent freelancers who have spent years running paid media for builders, brands and B2B businesses. Around that core, we've built a curated network of 200+ specialists — Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing-page designers, conversion copywriters, GA4/GTM engineers, and creative producers — many of whom we've worked with on dozens of projects.

We are also active as verified service providers on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr and Freelancer.com, and we hold ongoing freelance partnerships with several agencies and consulting firms. That means our team is reviewed, rated and accountable across multiple ecosystems — not just our own website.

Same team, two routes. Whichever route you pick, the work is done by the same verified specialists. Direct engagement is faster and removes the 15% platform commission — but if you'd prefer the protections of a platform, we're happy to work that way too.

You receive anonymised case studies, work samples relevant to your industry, and platform profile links so you can verify our track record before committing.

A 30–45 minute call to understand your business, your offer, your sales motion, your goals, and your budget. No sales pressure — just clarifying questions.

Proposal & engagement choice

We send a written proposal with team, scope, timeline and price — and you choose how to engage: directly through our website (recommended) or via Upwork / Fiverr / Freelancer.

Build & launch

Discovery → strategy doc → research → campaign build → tracking setup → QA → sequenced launch. You see and approve every milestone in writing.

Optimise & report

Weekly written reports, ongoing optimisation, and direct support via email. Pause, scale or end the engagement at any time per your contract.

A note on social media

We don't post. We deliver.

You won't find a busy Instagram feed or a daily LinkedIn carousel from us — and that's intentional. We are independent freelancers, not a content-marketing brand. Every hour we'd spend producing social posts is an hour taken away from client campaigns.

Our growth comes from three things: client referrals, verified profiles on freelance platforms, and the actual results we deliver. If you'd like to see proof of our work, we'd much rather walk you through a real case study on a discovery call than hand you a curated feed.

If you're looking for a flashy agency with a content team, we're not it. If you're looking for a senior team that quietly ships great work, we are.

Refunds & disputes — be clear before you engage

Where you pay determines who handles refunds.

If you pay us directly

Payment via our website's secure payment gateway, or via an invoice/payment link we send you. Refunds, cancellations and disputes are handled by us, in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you pay through a platform

Payment via Upwork, Fiverr or Freelancer.com goes through that platform's escrow. Refunds and disputes are handled by that platform under its own terms — we are unable to process refunds outside of the platform.

Important. If your engagement was booked and paid through Upwork, Fiverr or Freelancer.com, all refund, cancellation and dispute requests must be raised on that platform — we are contractually unable to process refunds for platform-initiated payments. This is clearly stated in our Terms and Refund Policy.
