Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how GAds Pro Lab invoices for services, the accepted payment methods, and the standard billing terms. Specific commercial terms for any individual engagement are set out in the signed proposal between us and the client; in case of any inconsistency, the proposal prevails.

1. Two engagement routes — only one is governed by this policy

GAds Pro Lab operates through two engagement routes:

  • Direct engagement — payments made on this website via our PCI-DSS-compliant secure payment gateway, or via an invoice/payment link sent directly by GAds Pro Lab. This Payment Policy applies in full to direct engagements.
  • Platform engagement — payments made through third-party freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com) where GAds Pro Lab maintains verified provider profiles. Platform engagements are governed entirely by that platform's billing, escrow and refund terms — not by this Payment Policy. Refunds and disputes for platform engagements must be handled inside the platform.

2. Currency & pricing

All published prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including Goods & Services Tax — GST). The applicable GST rate at the time of invoice will be added. For international clients, invoicing in other currencies (USD/EUR/GBP) is available on request as part of the proposal.

3. Accepted payment methods (direct engagements)

We accept payments through the following methods, processed via PCI-DSS-compliant secure payment partners:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
  • Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other UPI apps)
  • Net banking
  • NEFT / RTGS / IMPS bank transfers (account details on the invoice)
  • International wire transfers (for cross-border clients)

All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant gateways. We do not store full card numbers, CVVs or net-banking credentials on our servers.

4. Payment milestones

Standard payment milestones for project-based engagements:

  • Bronze, Silver, Gold: 100% advance on confirmation of the engagement (or as set out in the signed proposal).
  • Platinum & custom retainers: Typically 50% advance on kickoff, balance billed monthly or as per the milestones in the signed proposal.
  • Audits & one-time deliverables: 100% advance unless otherwise agreed.

5. Invoicing & GST

  • A GST-compliant invoice will be issued for each payment.
  • Clients with a GST registration are responsible for sharing their GSTIN at the time of invoicing for input-tax-credit purposes.
  • Where applicable, TDS deducted by the client should be supported by a valid TDS certificate.

6. Late payments

For retainer or milestone-based engagements, invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise specified. Persistent delays may result in pause of services after written notice. We reserve the right to recover reasonable costs of recovery in case of long-overdue invoices.

7. Ad spend (paid to Google)

Ad spend (the budget paid to advertising platforms such as Google Ads) is paid by the client directly to the platform, through the client's own ad account. Ad spend is not part of our service fees. We do not collect, hold or refund ad spend on the client's behalf.

8. Refunds

Refunds (where applicable) are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, after deduction of payment-gateway charges and applicable taxes.

9. Security & fraud prevention

  • All online payments are protected by industry-standard encryption (TLS) and processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors.
  • We reserve the right to decline or reverse a payment that appears fraudulent or violates applicable laws.
  • If you notice any unauthorised charge, contact us immediately at support@gadsprolab.com or raise a priority support ticket so we can investigate.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
