We started GAds Pro Lab because the digital marketing industry has a structural problem: the senior people who win the pitch rarely run the campaign. We flipped that. Our model is a vetted network of 200+ freelance specialists, with a senior strategist on every account from day one.

Our story

From a two-person freelance desk to a 200+ specialist network.

GAds Pro Lab grew out of a small freelance practice running Google Ads for real estate builders. The work was good, the results were honest, and the referrals never stopped — but we kept hitting the same wall: a single person can only own so many accounts.

Instead of building a traditional agency with a hierarchy and an office overhead, we did something simpler. We invited the best independent specialists we'd worked with — strategists, designers, developers, copywriters and tracking engineers — into one curated network. Today that network is 200+ professionals deep, and every client gets a custom team built specifically for their account.
